It is recommended as a nutritional supplement during winter and autumn. Directions for Use: Ideally used during autumn and winter (allergy season). Take 1 teaspoon of oil before breakfast for a period of 3 weeks. Can be mixed with honey or milk. Do not consume any water directly before or directly after intake.
